WHAT IT IS: Perming

HOW TO USE: Shampoo and clean hair without massaging or rub. Rinse and towel dry. Curl hair on curlers then apply Perming Lotion 1. Wear bath cap during process. Leave on for 10-15 minutes for a chemical reaction (depending on individual hair). Then, rinse well. Apply Perming Neutralizer 2 onto hair and wait for another 15-20 minutes. Rinse thoroughly. Loosen hair from curlers and shampoo wash a second time with conditioner. Rinse well and towel dry. Style as desired.
